Karina Shah is the female lead. It is being directed by Satya Varanasi, it's being produced by Harsha Reddy of Geo Media Arts. Harsha Reddy earlier produced films like Andaru Dongale Dorikithe, Indumathi, etc.

According to producer Harsha Reddy the first copy of the film will be ready by this week end, the censor formalities will be completed by next week and the film will be released in the 1st week of July. He claims that 'Vara Prasad And Potti Prasad' is a complete entertainer mixed with comedy, glamour and sentiment.

Telugu Actor Srikanth who recorded his 100th movie in Mahatma is ready with his next project titled Sevakudu. He is teaming up with the producer M Sudhakar and Vimala Raman has been selected to do a lead role along with Srikanth.

Producer M Sudhakar says "I worked as cinematographer for several films and turned a producer. My first film Taraka Ramudu which is with Srikanth under the direction of Udaykumar. The film was a big hit and earned me a big name as producer. I produced another film Naa Manasista Raa again with Srikanth as hero under the direction of Shinde. Now my third film is also coming up with Srikanth as hero. We are confident that the subject of the film would be very interesting to all classes of audiences."

V Samudra is directing the movie Sevakudu and he says that regular shooting of the film would begin from March 5. Srikanth Deva is scoring the music. Other cast and crew are under wraps.

Sankranti Alludu Movie Launch . Telugu new upcoming movie Sankranti Alludu Movie heroine Reshmi and sunakshi also playing lead role in this movie.

Venkata Krishna Films’ titled ‘Sankranti Alludu’ featuring Yadakrishna, Sunakshi Baradwaj and Reshma in lead roles was launched on Friday at Ramanaidu Studios. T Prassanna Kumar sounded the clap board for the muhurat shot, while Sagar switched on the camera. The film will take shape under the direction of VVV Satyanarayana. Nooka Ramesh Kumar is the producer.

Executive producer R Chandra Reddy informed the media in the press meet that this 1st schedule will continue till the end of this month. The next schedule would be at Kurnool in which the scenes and fights involving Yadakrishna will be canned.

Hero Yadakrishna said that he acted in 22 films so far but this film is the first of its kind which he is going to do now.
